International Product Support Policy

First Philippines Scales, Inc. is committed to provide the utmost support to our customers, whether in the Philippines or abroad. Hence, our International Product Support Policy is based on a case to case basis inspection of your products.

For any questions/concerns of any product destined for outside the Philippines, please send a message through your Order Number page so order concerns are easily traceable. Once we have seen the message, we will study and address your concern right away. Return and Refund

Return Period:

7 days from received date

 

Refund Policy:

Items should be returned within 7 days from receipt, untampered, with complete accessories & original invoice attached.

If the return is due to a factory defect, a full refund will be given.

Any returned item that is due to customer's misuse, tampering, missing parts, or in unsellable condition due to customer's handling, no refund will be made & customer will be charged based on the condition of the product.

Refund will be given after receipt & inspection of the product based on initial payment method.
