3. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available as a payment method?

Currently, we don't offer Cash On Delivery (COD) yet as a payment method.

4. How long does delivery usually take?

Once the payment has been processed, please expect the following delivery lead times, under normal circumstances:

 

  • Metro Manila: 2-3 days
  • Outside Metro Manila: 3-5 days

5. Can I pickup my order in your store?

Yes, you may pickup your order in our showroom located here on the day indicated upon ordering. For confirmation, please bring a copy of the email you received from our shop as proof of purchase.

6. How long is the warranty period?

Standard warranty for all items is 1 year, unless otherwise stated. For brands under the Number One brand, standard warranty is 6 months, excluding Number One WD series.

7. What circumstances are covered under warranty?

Item damage is covered by warranty except if there are signs of misuse, abuse, tampering, and/or acts of GOD (flood, earthquake, etc.).
